Film Short Film: Casting “On Wings of Song,” a student MFA Thesis film project. This is a short film that contains classical music, folk, and a little bit Jazz vocal performance.Logline: In this harmonious town where classical music rules, ambitious pianist Leo returns to fulfill a promise he made to his beloved April, tune her piano. However, as he tries to convince her to leave with him, he must navigate the conflict between classical and new music cultures, untangle deep-rooted resentments and lost love, and ultimately force him to confront past and conflicting values in a tragic confrontation.
