Are you passionate about the power of singing to bring people together through music? Hymnpact! is an exciting new project which provides new, high quality, flexible hymn resources to schools and churches in a fresh approach to Christian music.

Hymnpact! offers a positive and practical solution for bridging the gap between traditional church music and the styles of music most children encounter in school today, offering children a pathway into spiritual development and the worshipping community which can be accessed and nurtured through singing.

About the Project Manager role

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of new ways to bring children and families into church through singing and enjoying music specifically written with young people in mind.

After the isolation of the pandemic, with the decline of music provision in schools and decreasing church attendance, there has never been a greater need to nurture the spiritual development of children through song.

You will be responsible for delivering a project that enables parishes and schools to work together by sharing the joy of singing to introduce and welcome families into their local church community. You will work with local parishes and schools as well as staff at Diocesan level, facilitating workshops and developing materials for sharing approaches and best practice.
